Plan Your Move: Don't Get Rushed!

 


We already know that how useful a well-thought-out checklist can be. This relative strategy is quite effective not only from an organizational perspective, in terms of finding all the things to do, but also from a motivating point of view: the desire to record an activity as "done" can motivate us to complete it even if we don't actually enjoy it!

Remember to include the entire family in this activity: it is a time to come together as a family, and even the youngest members may lend a hand and feel involved. This is an excellent opportunity to teach children that they, too, have responsibilities that they may fulfill while having fun with their loved ones.
